Live Webinars

At the end of each sprint, once the Masterplan tools are in use, a live 2-hour session helps teams review what they’ve learned, address implementation questions and prepare for the next stage.

Practice Workshops 

Offered halfway through and at the end of the program, these 1–2-day workshops let participants bring real cases, share how they’ve applied the tools, and explore how to use them more effectively.
